Welcome to ProCalc ("we", "our", or "the App"). We are committed to protecting and respecting your personal privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our application handles information, our strict on-device data processing model, and how third-party advertising services (Google AdMob) operate within the application in strict compliance with the Google Play Developer Program Policies, GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA.

2. Data We Do NOT Collect

To provide maximum user privacy, ProCalc does not collect or transmit any of the following:

• No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect your real name, email address, physical address, phone number, or government-issued ID.
• No User Calculations & Notes: Your calculation expressions, results, saved notepad memos, ledger balances, and BMI figures remain strictly inside your device's isolated application storage.
• No Accounts or Logins: You are not required to create an account, register, or provide login credentials to use all features of the App.
• No Precise Location Data: We do not request GPS, Wi-Fi location, or background geolocation.
• No Biometric or Sensor Audio/Video: We do not access your camera, microphone, photos, media files, contacts, or documents.

3. Local Device Storage (On-Device Data)

ProCalc stores data locally on your device using Android's private internal storage (Room SQLite Database and SharedPreferences) for the following functional purposes:

• Calculation History: Allows you to review, copy, and recall previous arithmetic and scientific calculations.
• Notepad & Ledger Notes: Stores notes, checklists, and basic financial ledger records you deliberately write.
• App Preferences: Remembers your chosen theme (Dark, Light, System), angle mode (Degree / Radian), decimal precision, and haptic feedback toggles.

This data never leaves your device. You can clear this data at any time from within the app settings or via Android system settings (Settings > Apps > ProCalc > Storage > Clear Data).

4. Device Permissions Used

ProCalc only declares normal, standard Android permissions strictly required for basic app operation:

Note: ProCalc requests zero dangerous/runtime permissions (such as Camera, Microphone, Fine Location, Contacts, or External Storage).

5. Third-Party Advertising (Google AdMob)

To keep ProCalc free for everyone, the App integrates the official Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob) provided by Google LLC.

Google AdMob may collect and process certain pseudonymous technical data to deliver, measure, and personalize banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. This data may include:

• Device Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID / Ad ID) or resettable device identifiers.
• Technical Diagnostics: Device model, operating system version, general IP address (for general country/city geographic location), and network connection type.
• Ad Interaction Telemetry: Clicks, impressions, view duration, and crash diagnostics to prevent fraudulent ad activities.

Opting Out of Personalized Advertising:

You can opt-out of personalized ads or reset your Advertising ID at any time through your Android device settings:
Settings > Google > Ads > Delete advertising ID (or Reset advertising ID).

6. Google Play Data Safety Alignment

In accordance with Google Play's Data Safety section disclosure requirements, here is the exact breakdown of data collected and shared:

• Data Encryption in Transit: All communications between the app's ad SDK and Google servers utilize modern cryptographic protocols (HTTPS / TLS 1.3).
• Data Deletion Request: Because we do not store any personal user data on external servers, deleting the app or clearing the app storage immediately removes all your local records.

7. Children's Privacy (COPPA & Google Play Families Policy)

ProCalc is a general-utility calculator tool designed for students, professionals, and general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).
